Abhishek Awchar is an Indian poet, policy strategist, festival director, and social reformer. His work spans literary movements, international cultural diplomacy, free education initiatives, and democratic policy frameworks. Writing in Marathi, Hindi, and Urdu, he is the author of Shayar Khayal and Tujhyasathi, with poetry rooted in social reflection and cultural identity.

He currently serves as the National Secretary of the Indo-Tibet Friendship Society, advocating for cultural freedom, democratic rights, and people-to-people diplomacy in the Himalaya-Tibet region. In the cultural domain, he directs international film festivals, curating world cinema and supporting emerging filmmakers. He is also the Director of Drishti Edureform Pvt. Ltd., creating free education pathways for JEE and NEET aspirants, and a co-founder of the Open Library Movement, promoting book access and non-commercial literary culture. His mission remains simple: to empower society through free knowledge, constitutional values, and cultural expression.
